Cough n sneezing at night while sleeping

Asked for Female, 3 Years

My 3 yr old daughter sneezes only during night while sleeping.till now we were giving homeopathic medicine but it isnt that effective.is there any home remedy for reducing the same.I am enclosing pics of her throat.kindly suggest some medicines ,whether it is allergy .she is december born baby.

It may be due to allergy.Give any anti allergic for 3-4weeks like cetrizine
