You need to tell what is current symptoms in the baby and why CRP was done as CRP indicates inflammation in body, one common cause is sepsis in infants. 70 CRP is quite high and is an indicator of generalised sepsis .For blood infection need antibiotics for 14 days

CRP can be raised in any infection not only bacterial
Do check for activity/ oral intake / fever/ vomitings, consult physically
