Cough & fever to my 1 year baby boy
Respected sir
My boy was suffering from high cough & up down fever from last week .
I given him syp. Meftagesic DS , Solvin cold LS syp. And clavan syp with montair LC syp .
But he still having cough n fever .
And sir he is well in day but when he sleep after that he getting problem for breath and he can't sleep well.
Please help me for that problem
