Cough and Weakness due to Covid
Hi, My mother observed first symptom of Covid on 27th Apr and the medicine was started on 30th Apr. She was given all Covid medicines by doctor but Fabiflu was not prescribed. Now, it's 10th day and she is feeling weakness and also having cough. She also feels breathless after coughing and then later she gets normal. Oxygen level has been 97-98 and fever 98-100. Please suggest if Fabiflu or any other medicine needs to be given or what other things can be done so that she gets relief from cough and fever.

Care AI Shimmer
If  Ivermectin 12 mg is given Fabiflu not required. O2 levels are normal , nothing to worry. Give Augmentin375 mg twice daily for 5 days after breakfast and dinner. Give Brozedex syrup 1 teaspoon thrice daily. Give 3-4 litres of Electrol powder in a day.

Her condition is quite stable as her oxygen saturation is normal, she does not need fabiflu, for cough, do warm water saline gargles, steam inhalation & keep taking vitamin & zinc supplements , she will be fine in 2 weeks
