Hello yes you can give him Honey tuss cough syrup but it's better to to give him massage with warm sesam oil or coconut oil along with A Pinch of salt and give him a warm fomentation after it ab symptom does not relieve in 2 days kindly visit nearby doctor
Dosage will be 1.5 ml three times a day
