Cough and Greenish like stool

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi Doctors, I had itching in my balls, consulted the urologist as he suggested I had undergone urine test and abdominal scanning. The report was normal and doctor advised tablet. After few days, Now I am having pimple on my penis. My stool is greenish and cough like. I don't know what to do plz suggest.
