My 18 months old daughter has cough for past 3 days and 100 degree fever today. How should I treat her? Her appetite has also gone down.

Hi, you can use Honey tuss syrup 2.5 ml thrice a day for the cough and Crocin syrup 5 ml UP to 4 times a day for the fever
