Cough and congestion

Asked for Male, 42 Years

Kindly note i had a throat irritation about 2 days back with mild fever which got subsided that day only .Today i started with cough and congestion in chest.I was already on Steriodal nasal spray from last 25 days for allergic rhinitis issue.Kindly advise wether i should start with Telekast F or Lecope AD.?Which among the two will be better in my case?Also should i continue with Steriodal nasal spray?Thanks

Hi in my opinion you shd start antibiotics and telekast f shd help u in addition to the other medications Also start gargles
