My father is 61 years old. He is continuously coughing and epiglottis is longer than usual. Runny and blocked nose. Mucus is coming out both from nose and throat. Can he take Azithral 500 for all this??? Or can you suggest any other medication??

He can take Tab Azithral 500 once daily but if he has breathing problem please consult physically because you are saying epiglottis is Enlarged
