My baby girl 13 months suffering from cough and cold last 1 week. Doctor gives me prometezine . Is it helpful or tell what to do

Hello well I would suggest you to use our normal saline drops 5% 2 drops thrice a day for cold and you may use maxtra drops for it too..Around 2 drops twice a day....Make sure that every time you feed the baby you pat and then out it down...Avoid giving banana, curd...Thank you
