Hello sir My name is Omkar Age 24 Have pain in chest and back which radiates to arm and throat also... I have done some Test like 2D Echo ECG Endoscopy Throat scopy Chest X-ray Blood test All report are normal...how to find perfect reason what is happening do I need some serious test also for heart and scan... Please help me just 24 years old want to live good life for mom and dad..
