It may be supraspinatus tendinitis mainly coz of overuse of rotator cuff muscles. Use ice pack for 10-15min on the localised site. If not relieved go for physiotherapy if again not relieved then have to go for further investigation like MRI of left shoulder.
Avoid riding bike, rotation of shoulder join, heavy lifting push/pull, Overhead activities mainly during sleeping don't sleep on affected site.
