I have mild melasma but it covers my whole face. At first glance nobody can tell I have melasma but it makes my face darker than the rest if my body. I've been using tretinoin, azelaic acid, niacinamide, alpha arbutin since last six months. Also got 4 clearlift lasers done and one microneedling before covid started. Results are minimal. Is cosmelan treatment suitable for Indian skin type or is there a risk of more post inflammatory hyperpigmentation? Also, how much does the cosmelan treatment cost approximately?

Yes, there's always a risk of PIH and treatment cost varies from city to city. If you're in Delhi, you can visit my clinic for proper examination and treatment
