  4. Coronavirus. Or just something else?

Being corona positive, its been almost 15 days since i am corona positive i used to have fever before like for the first 11 days abd later now i dont get fever for the past 5 days and cough is also very rare but whenever i inhale steam i cough very much. Is that a sign of increasing of the virus or just something else?
