Too many quetions!!
1. Signs are fever, throat pain, body pain, cough, breathlessness. Breathlessness seen in severe disease. Rest all will be seen in mild illness
2. It may take upto 7 days from infection and appearance of first symptom( incubation period)
3. People can spread virus even in those first 7 days when they are not experiencing any symptoms and appear perfectly fine.
4. Virus survives on objects for long time( even upto 17 days). So if a corona virus patients touches any onject ( let’s say a door knob), he/ she will attach some of the virus to it and if you happen to touch it viruses will spread to your hand and if you happen to touh your nose or mouth it will go in your body and will cause disease. Not going out and repeated hand washing will help immensely in it. There is another way of transmission, if a corona virus patient coughs or sneez he will spread viruses ( millions of them) in air and if you happen to inhale that air it will go in your body and cause infection. Now if a corona virus patient wears mask he will not spread viruses in air. It may offer some protection to one who is not having corona virus but at this point we should not hoard mask and leave them for healthcare workers as they need it much more than common people.
5. Yes, fever cough and headache is also a sign of corona virus.
