Hello Experts,
My mother had taken 2nd dose of corona vaccine (Covishield) on 21st April 2021. Now on today (06-05-21) she has fever (100.3 F) and filling some tiredness. So in that situation can we go with RTPCR now ? But her two dose of vaccination has been completed already. And suppose if she corona infected then is it spreadable to others.
Please guide.

She can have covid infection even after the vaccine.
So if you feel that she could have been in contact with a covid patient...then you should go for RT PCR test.

You should get her tested on the 3rd day for the symptoms, yes she can spread to others
