Hello Doctor
Two members in our family tested positive and now isolated in separate room. We live with them but don't have any symptoms or health issues. Do we need to do covid test and any medications required for us?

Go for a RAT test intially (Rapid antigen test) if asymptomatic its unnecessary to go to a testing center and get exposed.
If any symptoms then consider yourself positive don't take for granted and consult doctor for starting treatment... please don't start on your own as treatment is tailored and this wave has shown side effects due to mass prescription of drugs and unsupervised medications.
As far as medications...non pharmacological measures like proper handwashing and face mask( double mask) while handling home Quarantine people and disposing their waste in sealed bags with handle with gloves
Go for steam inhalation and salt lukewarm water gargling atleast twice a day
Breathing exercises ( Pranayam)
Sleeping in prone and side lying
Watch out for any fever spikes and oxygen levels drop
