Hi my mil is in close proximity to a covid patient and I am constantly worried. What vitamins and multivitamins should I give her so that she can improve her immunity.
She is healthy but lives in a village and vegetarian so multivitamins knowledge is out of question. As for diet I'm not very satisfied with the diet she takes and her protein intake is almost nil. She got her first dose of vaccine after much pressure.
