Hello Sir Or Mam... I'm Suraj Verma. I Got Fever 6 days ago with chills. The next Day I Performed A Rapid Covid Antigen Test. And The Report Came Positive. I'm having Fever from 7 Days. And I have some body pain. There is no any problem except the Fever and body pain. The fever remains between 99° - 102°. Please Suggest Me Some medicine to get rid of this deadly virus. Thank U
