  4. Corona doubt. When the see the doctor?

Now a days without sign people are getting affected. How to know whether we affected or not?. Without sign if a person affected means daily the sign will go worst or not. When the see the doctor? Because in my area they are doing water repair works. Those persons came to my home and touched the tap and all. Need a clarification.
