Corns aren't healing

Asked for Male, 25 Years

There is corn in index finger of my right hand which is not healing even after using corn caps for a long time. Everytime a few roots stays and grow into a full corn. What should i do? Go for a surgery or continue using caps?

Hello!! The photo that you have sent looks like a common site for wart and not a corn. Wart is a type of viral infection which happens with even a trivial injury. The best option is to remove it with a procedure called cautery. This is because since it's viral infection even if a bit of it remains in the skin it's bound to come back.
