Corn in foot
I have a minor corn in my right foot below the thumb . It is very painful and I have been using corn caps for past 2 days .. the pain reduced and the skin is softening , but still have a slight pain while walking . Is there any way to remove corns in foot and what remedies should i take going forward for this problem . This seems like a common and very small problem as the corns appeared in my feet . It's been a hell for past 2 weeks ... Kindly help me on this

Corns and calluses are mainly the products of improper foot posture. Though it may heal at present, if you fall in the category of flat feet or high arched, these problems will recur. You need to get assessed properly for your foot posture and take the necessary treatment protocol.
