Foot pain while walk
Recently came back from vrindavan parikrama and since my right foot is paining...gives me pinches while the walking...any suggestions please

Apply ice on your foot Calf stretching and ankle stretching may reduce pain If any swelling is there put your leg in an elevated position Hope this is useful for you for a speedy recovery

Freeze water in a bottle and roll that frozen water bottle under your foot twice a day. Visit your nearby physiotherapist for 5 ultrasound sessions. Take proper rest.

Do hot water fermentation or apply hot water on your foot for 10-15 minutes. Stretch your foot.

Visit near by physiotherapy clinic and take proper assessment and take ultrasonic therapy for 7 days for pain relief. Use MCR chappal Icing In case of swelling keep ur leg in elevated position
