Corn/blisters/lumps under toe and feet

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have small, hard lumps scattered under my toe and feet. It is painful when i walk and it is not itching or infected. It looks like corns but smaller in size. Whom should i consult and is there any ointment or oral medicine i can take to reduce it?
