Hi. Is it okay to take CCF/ coriander , cumin & fennel seed water daily ? Do they have any side effects on any other body parts ? Can taking CCF water daily affect liver or increase blood sugar ?

Taming CCF water daily is very good for health.but try to take in moderate quantity only nothing in access amount is not good so take everything in moderate..CCF is very good for constipation related issues,for digestion and for acidity as well..it is called lactogenic food also
