COPD, with SLEEP ANEA

Asked for Female, 65 Years

My mother, 65 years old suffering with COPD and SLEEP APNEA from the past four years, using oxygen with 2litres, bipap with 8/20 settings, every one or two months we need to take hospital, becoz she will get breathing problems, CO2 will increase, her legs and face will swell, is there any treatment to cure her problem.

Hi, I am really sorry to say that there is no cure for COPD . But disease can can be kept under control, you need to visit pulmonologist regularly for optimization of medication.
