Coople of Vomit from last 3 day

Hi Doctor, My son (Vedant) is 1.5 yrs old and last 3 days after feeding or eating he vomits. I have given emyset syrup that was already advised by my doctor. But I thought it may be stomach worm, I haven't given any stomach worm syrup yet. He has low fever also. Could you please advice currently I'm giving opex CV syrup for fever. Can I also give him zental or bandy please advise.

Your son is having gastritis so along with emeset you should give junior lanzol 15mg dispersible tab once a day. First let the vomiting get controlled. Then you can give zentel or bandy later. Hope this helps. Give soft diet only.
