All oils have different minerals
Its always suggested use them in changing pattern to get good results
And don't burn them too much( or in general form don't do too much frying with same oil . As it was burned too much it colour also start changing that shows the bad part of it)
Hello!
Olive oil is best for cooking.
Apart from that you can use mustard oil.
Refined oils in long run is not good for heart health.
Stay blessed.
Thankyou!
Gud morning try to use a mix of oil like use corn oil, sesame oil, olive oil some days in a week rest days a mix of other refined oils like soybean oil, sunflower oil, groundnut oil, rice bran oil likewise. So that u can get maximum benefit.
Refined oil can be used in minimal as it contains some amount vitamin D. Whatever oil you use just use it moderately. For cooking you can mix 1/2 tsp of refined oil, 1/2 tsp of ground nut oil, 1/2 tsp sesame oil depending on what kind of food you're preparing. Please avoid palm oil, vanaspati etc
Hi,
Oils are oils no matter which ones. Try to include good fats in your diet.
Replace the oils after every 2-3 months. Don't continue with the same for long period of time.
We should change our oil at the interval of each 40 days so you can get different nutrients. It’s always suggested to use origin base oil for that place not the imported one
You can use groundnut, sesame, rice bran and even mustard oil.
The idea is to change the oil every two months to get the maximum benefit from the different variety of oil.
