Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are going through in your life . It seems that you are undergoing some stress since a while which is contributing to these symptoms and since they are unresolved you are having tightness, tense muscles , headaches etc.  You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis to calm your thoughts and negative emotions . Go for regular exercises as well as they will keep your mind and body healthy . Try and talk to your close family members and friends and spend quality time with them engaged in various activities . Regarding your thoughts about brain tumour try and read less information available on the internet. Since your MRI was cleared by the doctor , tell yourself that you are healthy and well. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
