Continuous scars in feet and leg

Asked for Male, 30 Years

At first small red spot occured, after a couple of days it spreads to black scars, this is happening since last one year, initially I used Dermichem cream as recomended by one dermatologist, it was cured to a certain level, but currently I'm not getting the cream in market now. My palms and legs feet sweat alltime, and I have to always wear shoe majority of the day time during my office. Photo is attached.
