Our 10 months old baby is having continuous motions for last 3 days ,we consulted doctor and took medication but it didn't stopped yet..Please help us

Stop bottle feeding,give 3 solid meals and 3 milk feeds,use a spoon to feed. Add curds and Banana in the diet,give ors after every loose motion if watery.
