Hello doctors why my right testicle is diff frm left and now left also has been changing feel like a variocele but no family history linked with variocele or cancer my testicles are descended frm birth and I feel some discomfort like compress it all started after post covid and my legs also pain nerves pain please help me out im depressed by prediction of Testicle cancer pl tell it is not a cancer. I feel nerve pain around testicle n leg like varicose veins right leg starts tingling and numbness if stand long or sit with testicle I feel pressuring pain in scrotum once I got hit by underwear elastic rubber to testicle thereafter it started nerve paining and one big vein on right testicle
