Continue severe burning sensation anal

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had piles,fissure and fistula, I was done laser fistula track abliation, hemorrhoidecttomy,fissurectomy ,after the 3rd day of surgery burninng sensation is started and stay whole day,but today after one month, continue one month day and night all time severe burning sensation is stay,it is not go away,so I am verry worry about this, my doctor said taking some time,I ask dear doctor is it normal or something wrong.please help
