I am a mbbs doctor due to panic attacks and anxiety disorder i stopped workimg nd studying further after graduation i worked as an intern and stopped after that now 4 years career break I took because of this also i got married in between of these years and have a toddler now again i wanna pusrsue and work but am not having courage to go forward always fear of health anxiety especially cardiophobia and die to panic attacks i dont go anywhere alone am always dependent from past 4 years please help

Fearing to go back to work is very understandable but the fear of illness seems more bothering. It’s really saddening to learn that you have been going through such a rough time. It appears that it might have taken toll on you. So that you get anxiety when you try to look into future.
This matter is really worrisome but at the same time remedial. It may take great deal of effort from your side and the therapist side. However it will be life transforming process that will not only help you out immensely but also your family.
If you go ahead and try to take reins of your life into your hands, it won’t be not much intimidating afterwards. Not all have gone wrong. There is still much to preserve and cherish. You need to find a way out.
