Continous cough and cold fever
Hello doctor my son 1.6yrs old.13kg weight. Since last five days he suffer with fever. Iam using Fepanil-250 syrup for fever. Since last three days he suffer with cold , runny nose and wet cough. When he coughing mucus comes out when he take food vomit also. Doctor prescribe ascoril+ syrup. 3ml twice daycan u pls suggest me can i use this syrup for both cold and cough. He is active but he refused to food intake pls doctor iam very worried about him. Iam give nebulization for cold also but fever comes at night .pls suggest me 🙏🙏

For cold put nasoclear nasal drops 1 drop 4 times a day and Sinarest AF syrup 2.5ml thrice a day both for 5 days. If fever is still high, consult the pediatrician again. Ascoril plus is for cough.
