See headache has got multiple causes.. Stress is one of the commonest reason as you are having... So try to solve the stressors alone or with the help of closed ones... Have regular meals particularly breakfast.. Sleep regularly for 7-8 hrs.. Exercise... Ok.. Consult a psychiatrist if it doesn't help.. Good luck
