Hello,
My first question would be why would you need a Glucon D powder??? It has just glucose in it that is generally recommended for people who frequently get low sugars or need that extra bout of energy during long workouts.
Alternatively you could have a healthy diet with balanced amount of carbohydrates proteins and fats all of which ultimately get digested in the body to give energy in the form of glucose, peptides and fatty acids respectively.
