Consumed hydrochloric acid
My friend accidentaly drank water from a glass which was there in the car and used to clean car with hydrochloric acid. Now getting vomiting and burning sensation in throat. We are not in India and no hospital is nearby. What medication should I give.

He needs to take only fluids,sips of cold milk, water, fresh fruits juice, etc.
Syp mucaine gel 10ml every 6 hours.
Pantaprazole oral suspension, 15 m.l., 2 to 3 times.
Meanwhile also consult emergency deptt for physical evaluation, as acid causes corrosion in food pipe and alimentary system. Evaluation will help in better management.
