Consultation for Jaundice nd cholesterol

Sir,plz help me to know about my brother's health and complications related to it. He has diagnosed with bilirubin of about 2.36 a month ago along with it he has continuous pain in back covering diaphragm and also in lumbosacral area.He has also slight incresed body temperature through  out the day.And a mild fatty liver problem  also.Past december along with bilirubin test and general profile test and endoscopy had done.Except bilirubin all tests report were normal.This last January we planned for a recheck up of all and the results are... Bilirubin-1.86 , Triglycerides-170.20 mg/dL , Direct HDL Cholesterol-35.20mg/dL ,AL(SGPT)-50.20IU/L and Neutrophils-57. This is final result plz guide me about possible outcomes.One more thing sir he is suddenly behaving very much anexious and angry type. He spends his all day with mobile phone and internet surfing and gaming. Plz help me sir..
