I am a 20 years old boy. from last 6 months, I am feeling physical symptoms like 1 a tight band wrapped around my head every time 2 tightness and pain in the neck 3 dry mouth 4 ringing ears 5 stuffy nose, sneezing 6 tingling sensations and shivering 7 nausea 8 strain and redness in eyes 9 back pain 10 tense muscles 11 sweating, chills 12 constant worry about having a big disease like a brain tumour, cancer I have done MRI brain in January and the report was normal. But still, I am in stress that I got a tumour after MRI Please confirm me what's the reason for my symptoms and. are they dangerous? Is still need another MRI? Please convey me with facts that a brain tumour not grows in a few months. Please relax me I am so stressed.
