Constipation with piles

I have been suffering from piles for few days... and it is hard to pass stool as the size of stool is large in diameter. How can i get rid of it immediately?

Please don't label all constipation related disorders as piles. You need to visit a general surgeon to examine and diagnose your condition do that you receive the appropriate treatment.

Visit a general surgeon. In the mean time, please sit in a warm water tub (Sitz bath) for 10-15 minutes 2-3 times days, and start a fiber supplement such as isabgul.
