Do constipation results increase in acne? Im having problem in my digestion past 2-3 days and im facing water filled acne on my face increasingly. And its getting bigger.pls suggest

Hi You seem to be having adult acne. This is the result of lifestyle changes like stress, poor diet, lack of sleep or exercise etc. These could be also the cause of your constipation. Please pay attention to your diet and include plenty of fruits and vegetables. drink plenty of water. Do exercise and avoid smoking. start using a salicylic acid based face wash. If acne persists please see a dermatologist
