Constipation : it's common problem among young children and infants - if they are more on milk diet, less of fiber diet and especially among the bottlefed children.
Next Steps
1. Stop bottle feeding.
2. Use steel glass for feeding.
3. Give balance diet : pulses, cereals, milk and milk products, vegetables, fruits, water as per the need, if you are non vegetarian - can also add that.
4. Make them sit for potty chair regularly daily.
5. Do oil massage - whole body and potty area.
Health Tips
Don't use any medicine with out consultation with your child specialist.
It takes few weeks for regular pattern to develop and constipation to disappear and have normal stools.

Mostly constipation is functional. You should start with giving toilet training to the baby. Make her sit on the potty three times a day after meals. Train her to hear nature's call. As you are already giving a fibrous diet, you may not need to change that. If your child is physically not very active, sits for long hours in front of the TV, this also can contribute to constipation. Let her play outdoors for at least two hours. Make her drink a lot of water. If she doesn't respond after all these measures, get a thyroid profile done for her, see a Pediatrician who will look for disimpaction.
This is functional constipation try to give food first thing in the morning not milk.
As soon as finished eating take to the potty and make them sit for 5 minutes every day they will pass the stools.
Next Steps
Don’t give biscuits to children as it causes constipation and worms
Health Tips
Hydration is required and all types of food items should be given including non veg if non vegetarians.
