My baby is crying and feeling discomfort without sleep...feel so she is suffering from constipation. My aunt who is a nurse at gynic hospital has suggested to give 1 or 2 tps lo lukewarm water to baby ..is that fine giving water to a 4 month old? Please suggest

you have to give only breastfeeding /milk to the child till completion of 6 months of age and before 6 months of age if you are giving any type of outside food or complementary feeding it can cause digestion problem in the child.
no need to give water also because breast milk contains 80% of water and water also is given after six months of age only.
