Asked for Male, 46 Years

If I consume Petsafa, lots of stool is evacuated with mucus in it. Is it accumulated stool or it induces diarrhoea? Is consuming Petsafa right approach? Please prescribe.

Don't take strong laxatives,they are harmful in long run. Take lots of fluids and water vegetables and fruits in diet. Do regular exercise specially abdominal muscles exercises.
