  4. Constipation. Babies will poop?

Hi, My baby boy is 3 and half month old. He didn't poop from two days but he is active and on proper feed(breastfeed). But night he pooped lil and was grunting after every feed. Is this normal? What measures I can take to make him poop normally. And How many times a day 3month old breastfeed babies will poop?
