Constipation and gas pain
I have been suffering from gas pain, excessive burping from the last 3 months. I had taken Sompraz D & Ranidom O syrup for few days and got relieved from the pain. Now I stopped the medication but still i m getting burps, dried throat, feeling of not passing stool completely, constipation(especially in the evening) along with severe headache & gas pain in the night time. Is the headache related to constipation? Is this gastritis or IBS or GERD? What medicine should i take to control bloating and constipation?

Well are you having hard stools? And do you go to toilet more than once a day? Its similar to acidity but i am more concerned with constipation along with gas.
I'll prescribe medications though but for that you've to consult here we don't get option to prescribe

First of all constipation needs ro he addressed.That will resolve many of your issues.
Proper high fibre diet ,liquids and physical activity can help you avoid constipation.
