Constipation and back ache

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I've been down with viral for 2 weeks now. The fever is gone but comes to 99.5-100F around evening but usually subsides by morning. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics after a week in the fear of platelets drop. Since the past three days I've been having constipation, and at some point low to severe pain on areas around my mid back.
