Constantly stomach pain and loose motion

My wife suffering from staomach pain and loose motion from last 6 days..i met doctor on regular basis..but still problem persists...after taking medicine,she get normal but after 2 3 hours again pain and loose motion start..what should i do..what is the reason behind it
