Constantly itching,

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I've been having itching, and itching area is nearly round in shape, color in black and red, and it filled with pus and sometimes water type sticky liquid, it under controll by treatment, present i had itching on right hand's finger and left arm only,below 1 cm in size, after rubbing it, blood and sometimes water colour liquid comes from it
